I recently stayed at Palm Suites Baner for 4 nights and while the location was excellent and the hotel itself beautiful, there were some significant cleanliness issues in my room. It was disappointing to find the sofa dusty and the balcony in a similar state. Overall, I think it has great potential, especially with attentive service, yet there's room for improvement in housekeeping. 🌟
